The Professional Certification in Coaching Supervision provides a comprehensive introduction to supervision theory, models, ethics, reflective practice, and supervision skills.
Choose the self-paced pathway if flexibility is your priority. You will earn 40 Continuing Coach Education Units and AoCP Certification in Coaching Supervision.Â
You Want to Pursue the ICF CSS Pathway
For those interested in the ICF's Coaching Supervision Specialization, the CSS-Aligned Professional Certification in Coaching Supervision provides a combination of self-directed learning with live reflective practice workshops.
This pathway has been specifically designed to align with current ICF expectations for coaching supervision education.
You Already Have Supervision Training
The Advanced CPD in Coaching Supervision: Psychology-Informed Practice is designed for supervisors who want to deepen their practice through coaching psychology and advanced, evidence-informed approaches.
Entry is restricted to coaches who have completed the AoCP Professional Certification in Coaching Supervision or equivalent supervisor training approved by the AoCP faculty team.

OPTION 1:Â Professional Certification in Coaching Supervision
Fully Online Self-Paced Learning
40 Hours | 40 ICF CCE Units
This pathway does not include live learning and is therefore not intended for coaches seeking CSS-aligned education. However, it is approved for 40 ICF CCE Units (28 Core Competencies & 12 Resource Development) and you will get immediate access to the course upon enrollment.Â
OPTION 2:Â Professional Certification in Coaching Supervision - CSS Pathway
CSS-Aligned Blended Learning
41 Hours | 41 ICF CCE Units
Planned Tuition: $2,950
This blended program is for ICF PCC and MCC coaches, and includes most of the online self-paced learning as well as seven live reflective practice workshops.
Our first cohort has limited spaces and will run weekly every Tuesday 9.00am - 12.00pm (EST) from September 15 to October 27 2026. Please ensure you can attend all of these dates before enrolling.Â

Option 4: Advanced CPD in Coaching Supervision: Psychology-Informed Practice
This CPD course is a psychology-informed, evidence-based online program designed for experienced practitioners seeking to deepen their supervisory practice through advanced reflective, developmental, and applied approaches. The program is approved for 30 ICF CCE Units (19 Core Competencies and 11 Resource Development) and qualifies for 30 CPD hours with the Association for Coaching.
Graduates of AoCP’s Professional Certification in Coaching Supervision are eligible to enroll directly in this course using either of the options below. However, if you believe you have completed comparable supervision training equivalent to our Professional Certification program, you may also be eligible for direct entry. DR. KATIE CRABTREE
Katie is a Master Practitioner Coach, Accredited Coaching Supervisor, and Educator with over 20 years’ experience guiding coaches, leaders, and professionals toward meaningful change and sustainable results.Â
Katie was among the first to become Chartered as a Coaching Psychologist, and holds a PhD in Population Health Sciences and an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. Katie developed this course from both rigorous research and extensive hands-on coaching supervision experience, along with a strong desire to equip fellow practitioners to translate psychological theory into real-world impact.
